In this group, you’ll find the community, connection, and accountability you need from other women. I’ll guide you in regulating your nervous system, tuning into your intuition, and reigniting your passion for life. In eight weeks, you’ll walk away with a deep sense of self-trust, an unshakable connection to yourself, and the confidence to face life head-on.
You're struggling with
I get it.
Most days you just feel so drained.
You feel like you have no time, you react to things with more anger than you want to be, you look around and feel paralyzed by all that you have to do, you worry about all the things all the time (the past, being present, and the future). You are in survival.
You are tight and tense, your jaw is clenched and your shoulders are up to your ears, you’re jittery and frantic, you feel off and cannot figure out exactly whats wrong.
You feel distracted, you yell more than you care to admit, you know there are so many things you should feel grateful for but life just feels meh.
You are stressed and you are anxious and you don't know how to manage it.
And the kicker, you feel alone in all of it because it appears that everyone else has it figured out.

The Magic

Learning
Learn the science behind stress. Dive deep into identity work and learn the mindset and emotional patterns that leave you feeling stuck. Learn how to rewire the current programing, break through old patterns and discover what truly lights you up.

Connection + Sisterhood
Be in community with women who just get it. As women we teach, guide, and hold each other in sacred space. We provide insight, support, and illuminate the path forward for each other. We share our stories and it is in the reflection that a deeper connection to ourselves and to each other is formed.

Practice + Integration
Each session will incorporate guided journaling to cultivate self-awareness, breathwork to heal emotional patterns and reprogram the nervous system, and visualization practices to deepen intuition. Through this process, you'll build a more loving, trusting relationship with yourself and awaken the confidence you seek.

The Journey
We begin the week of April 1st. Our meeting day and time will be scheduled based on the group’s availability.
Group sessions will run for 90 minutes to two hours, while individual sessions will be 60 minutes.

Eight weeks: six group coaching sessions and two individual sessions with Margot.

​Group Voxer access for real-time support, accountability, and sisterhood.

Weekly integration activities will be provided to deepen your practice and support your growth.​​
