Begin With You

A 40-day morning routine challenge

Things change the moment you decide they do

Start by changing how you begin your day.

Not because waking up early magically fixes everything. But because there is something powerful about starting the day by choosing yourself…before the emails, the responsibilities, the requests, and everyone else’s needs take over.

October 12–December 4

Weekdays

$285

Okay, tell me if any of this sounds familiar…

  • You love the idea of waking up before everyone else, but when your alarm goes off, you immediately start negotiating with yourself.

  • You’ve tried to create a morning routine before, but it was either too ambitious, too rigid, or impossible to maintain.

  • You keep saying you don’t have time for yourself, but you know you’re not going to suddenly find that time in the middle of the day.

  • Your mornings begin in reaction mode: checking your phone, rushing around, taking care of everyone else, and already feeling behind.

  • You want time to journal, move, meditate, breathe, read, or just think, but it rarely happens consistently.

  • You can follow through when someone else needs you, but keeping a commitment to yourself feels much harder.

  • You don’t just want another routine. You want to become someone who does what she says she is going to do.

If you found yourself nodding along, this challenge is for you.

Relaxing Morning Routine

Picture this...

  • For 40 weekday mornings, you wake up knowing exactly how you want to begin your day.

  • You aren’t trying to squeeze in someone else’s perfect two-hour routine or force yourself into a version of discipline that doesn’t fit your life.

  • You have a routine that is realistic, specific, & built around what you actually need.

  • You know what time you’re getting up. You know what you’re doing when your feet hit the floor. And when resistance inevitably appears, you have support to help you understand it and move through it.

Because this isn’t only about waking up early.

It’s about prioritizing yourself.

It’s about building your capacity to follow through even when something feels uncomfortable.

It’s about discovering how powerful you feel when you stop abandoning the commitments you make to yourself.

And ultimately, it’s about changing the relationship you have with yourself, one morning at a time.

Wouldn't it be incredible to...

  • Wake up without immediately entering a rush?

  • Have time that belongs to you before the rest of the world needs something?

  • Build a routine that works with your actual life, not an imaginary, perfectly organized version of it?

  • Stop repeatedly snoozing the alarm and feeling disappointed in yourself before the day has even begun?

  • Understand what gets in the way when you try to prioritize yourself?

  • Feel calmer, clearer, and more intentional as you move through your day?

  • Prove to yourself that you can make a decision and continue honoring it?

  • See what could change after 40 mornings of consistently choosing yourself?

Real-time coaching when blocks arise

Use the Voxer group to share what is getting in your way and receive coaching as you move through it, not weeks later when you’ve already given up.

Four live group coaching calls on Zoom

Calls will take place on a Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday between 9:00 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. The final schedule will be chosen based on group availability, and recordings will be available.

  1. Kickoff Call: Build a Routine That Will Actually Work. We’ll get incredibly specific about what your mornings will look like, anticipate what could get in the way, and connect your routine to your bigger reason for doing this. What is the life you want to create—and how could your mornings help you begin creating it?

  2. Prioritizing Yourself. We’ll look at why it can feel so difficult to claim time for yourself and work through the guilt, resistance, and competing responsibilities that tend to take over.

  3. Building Your Capacity + Discovering Your Power. You’ll learn how to stay with discomfort, move through the moments when you want to quit, and experience what becomes possible when you consistently follow through.

  4. The Relationship With Yourself. We’ll explore how keeping small promises builds self-trust—and how that self-trust begins to affect far more than your mornings.

This is not about becoming a “morning person.”

It is not about waking up at 5:00 a.m., completing twelve wellness practices, or performing productivity before the sun comes up.

It is about creating a pocket of time that belongs to you.

It is about beginning your day connected to yourself instead of immediately responding to everyone and everything around you.

It is about learning what happens when you make yourself a priority, and continue showing up after the initial motivation wears off.

You do not need to have the perfect routine before we begin.

You do not even need to trust yourself to complete all 40 days yet.

You only need to be willing to begin.
