This 20 minute introduction to meditation is perfect for anyone who wants to begin a meditation practice or has tried to start but hasn’t been consistent. In this course you will: -Get clear on why you want to start meditating (which is KEY to the consistency you seek) -Understand the purpose of meditation and the physical and spiritual benefits it holds -Break through all the reasons you’ve tried and failed with meditating in the past -Learn tips, trick, and hacks to build a consistent practice -Develop your unique plan of action And at the end, I will guide you through a gentle 10 minute meditation focused on breath and internal connection.
